John Bielecki

Mr. Bielecki is a Principal wth The CTO Group responsible for delivering added value project management, ERP expertise and technology services to our clients. John has served the IT community for over 20 years.

Mr. Bielecki has been responsible for overseeing very large; multi-million dollar systems projects and has experience in resolving extensive business issues within costing, order processing, manufacturing and inventory management. Mr. Bielecki has successfully turned around several previously unsuccessful ERP system implementations within high intensity environments.

Mr. Bielecki leverages his extensive background in PMOs, delivery, process optimization and ERP solutions development to deliver superior service to our customers. He is a strong team member, with significant executive management experience who compliments his deep understanding in these areas with executive level strategy and business acumen.

Some of Mr. Bielecki's clients included Rolls-Royce, Playskool, American Wire& Stamping, and Selfix. Some of his projects included:

• For a multi-million dollar manufacturer assessed and diagnosed process and system requirements and implemented estimating and costing practices.
• For a $120 million manufacturer and distributor implemented an ERP business system at multiple sites.
• For a multi-million dollar distributor of electronic components assessed operations processes, diagnosed problems, and implemented and monitored improvements for their ERP system.
• Led and managed a fifty member staff of project managers, consultants, programmers and help-line staff. He managed the successful turnaround of a project for a $700 million company that had been plagued with software bugs, inadequate definitions and failed project management.
• As the Systems Implementation Manager for Neumon/Integral, John managed a twelve member staff and authored an Implementation Handbook. This 'cook book' style handbook included procedures, working documents, forms, and readiness assessment tools, and was used by all new clients. John managed the implementation of the company's ERP business system and implemented software-training courses.

Mr. Bielecki has held a number of executive positions in applications software companies and was founder and CEO of two of his own companies that specialized in ERP enablement.
