Robert Fortelka

Robert Fortelka is a Managing Principal of The CTO Group. He is responsible for delivering added value strategic planning, technology services and program/project experience to our clients. Mr. Fortelka has served the IT community for over 30 years and has significant experience in retail management systems, value/supply chain management, CRM renovations, software development, and e-commerce. John Loomis

Mr. Loomis is a Principal with The CTO Group, responsible for delivering strategic planning and technology services to our clients. John has served the IT community for over 30 years and has been responsible for overseeing very large; multi-million dollar systems projects and has significant experience in IT services, architecture, data analysis, technology development management, IT transformation, manufacturing and e-commerce. Dave Mills

Mr. Mills is a Principal with The CTO Group and is a subject matter expert specializing in data and voice networking and data center management. Mr. Mills has been working within the IT community for over 15 years planning and implementing global infrastructure and guiding businesses to make the most of installed technologies as well as offering creative solutions using new technologies. His technical expertise has served many industries including Software, Communications, Transportation, Banking, Hardware, Entertainment and Pharmaceuticals. More

William J. Richards

Mr. Richards is a Principal with The CTO Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in managing the planning, designing and implementation of global, state?of?the?art, wide?area networks supporting voice, data and video communications.
