Approach

The CTO Group provides an approach that focuses on the three fundamental components of the organization, People, Process and Products. These perspectives are used to focus our effort assisting clients to integrate Business Strategy with Organizational Structure, Philosophy and the Supporting Infrastructure. The CTO Group utilizes a focus group approach, building teams of cross organizational subject matter experts from both the clients and our own personnel.

This approach focuses on identifying the best opportunities for change and fortifying the organizations and individuals commitment. As part of this role, we work to structure and facilitate the process, review progress, challenge the team with new and innovative ideas, present 'strawman' processes for the team to refine, facilitate consensus-building, frame management issues, and identify technology design considerations.

The objective of this effort is a collection of new processes, which when implemented, generate increased productivity and reduced cycle time. In addition The CTO Group provides in depth analysis of pertinent market and technology issues intended for users who need objective, up-to-date, in-depth, practical information and analysis.
