Health Check
We assist our clients in determining the status of their IT organization and operations through an assessment process referred to as a “Health Check.” The purpose of the health check is to identify any shortcomings and high priority opportunities for improvement.
An IT Health Check is a generally a short term assessment of the current state of the various IT capabilities, functions and processes identified above.
The health check process focuses on 5 major areas as shown in the following list with a number of the sub categories reviewed as examples. This is not an exhaustive list. The health check can potentially examine over 140 different categories as needed.
