Due Dilligence

In the current environment of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures the ability to successfully integrate or separate new IT organizations and capabilities is essential. We assist our clients in this endeavor by performing Due Diligence for them. The CTO Group has extensive experience in due diligence having successfully acquired and divested over 30 companies and 80 organizations. We utilize this experience through a proprietary methodology which has been developed and tested by our Principals over 30 years.

This methodology allows the due diligence process to proceed at any one of several levels from a “quick hit” executive direction process through a “deep dive” detailed evaluation of over 120 different areas. This effort provides both short term and long term recommendations to facilitate success.
